Enrollment for all Oregon residents wishing to enroll their children into Oregon City Schools has now been moved online. Click on the words, “Enroll NEW Student(s)” which is located below in blue, to create an account to begin the enrollment process. Open Enrollment for the 2014/15 school year is closed. If you have questions about open enrollment, please contact Kristen Mottmiller at 419-693-0661, ext. 3301.
Once you have submitted your enrollment information online, or if you have any questions about the process, please contact Kristen Mottmiller at 419-693-0661, ext. 3301 to schedule an appointment to finish enrolling your child(ren). Make sure you bring in all the required paperwork to your appointment. You will be seen by appointment only. Hours of registration are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Required Documents (at time of Appointment):
- Proof of Residency
- Birth Certificate
- Custody Papers (if applicable)
- IEP/ETR/MFE for students who have a learning disability or special needs (if applicable)
- Immunization record (Must have for Kindergartner to start school, grades 1-12 are due 15 school days from first day of school)
- Physical and Dental Examination (these are due 15 school days from first day of school)
- Free and Reduced Lunch Form(if applicable)
The Registration Office is located at the Administration Building, 5721 Seaman Road, next to Clay High School.
*Temporary Residency – If you are temporarily living with someone, you will need to fill out the Temporary Residency form. The form must be completed and signed in front of a Notary Public. Two proofs of residency are required for both parties. If interested in Intra-District Transfer, please contact the Principal of that school.
